Skills for Life: Mental Health First Aid

SKy light are running a Mental Health First Aid course on the 2^nd May at Cornerstone, in Stockport. In this course, you will learn how to identify, understand and help someone who may be experiencing a mental health issue. This can be useful for your day to day life, as well as being helpful in the workplace, allowing you to better understand and support your colleagues.
